You may cancel at other times and may be entitled to a pro-rata refund under certain circumstances:

You must make the request to cancel the policy in writing by sending us an email at Cancellation will be effective from the date that the written notification is received.

Providing no claim has been paid or preauthorisation of expenses given, in respect of any of the insured persons during the period of insurance, you may be entitled to a pro rata refund of premiums.
